REQUEST FOR COMPANY VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER

The Minister of Finance announced in his budget speech on 26th February, 2003 that vendors would be required to issue invoices with the recipients VAT Registration Number on the face of the invoice, where invoices are for R1000,00 or more. The amendment is intended to be effective from 1st April, 2004. 


To this end, we request that, as early as possible, that subscribers to the NAAMSA Monthly New Retail sales booklets and e-mail/fax service provide us with your VAT registration number details.
